We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of leads, converting them into sales, and providing excellent customer service.

You will have experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for the signage industry. You will work from our Canning Vale office and report to the Sales Manager

The role is open to someone ready to kick start their career in the Sign industry or someone with experience in the sign industry looking to get into a sales role!

This role has room to grow into an on the road sales representative for the right candidate.

As a successful and growing sign company we pride ourselves on taking the time to understand each customer's unique business requirements and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As our customers first point of contact, you must be able to portray a friendly and professional demeanour at all times. You will be ideally suited to this role if you are keen to learn, are highly motivated and enthusiastic.

You will also be a team player with a strong work ethic and great attitude.

In order to be considered for this position you will need to be:

Eager to grow, learn and develop

Reliable, punctual and well presented

Possess a phone manner that is clear, pleasant and polite

Have strong attention to detail

Drivers Licence (desirable)

Previous Sign industry experience (desirable but no essential)

What you will be doing:

Overseeing our Showroom Area

Answering and responding to phone/online enquiries

Working closely with our sales team and communicating with customers on the progress of their orders.

Build strong relationships – Engage with new and existing customers to provide sign solutions for their business

Handling entry level estimates, and with time this will lead to large projects to handle.
