About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join , a dynamic and progressive travel company, as a Corporate Travel Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing key corporate travel accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This is a full-time hyrbrid role based in our Sydney CBD office.

What you'll be doing

Manage and develop relationships with existing corporate travel clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Actively source and secure new corporate travel accounts through networking, prospecting and winning tenders

Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving any issues promptly

Analyse client travel data and patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements

Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement innovative travel management strategies

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a travel account management or sales role

Proven track record of managing and growing key corporate travel accounts

Strong negotiation, problem-solving and customer service skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Familiarity with corporate travel booking systems and technologies

Passion for the travel industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
