Assistant Broker - Sydney CBD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Broker to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity for a reasonably experienced Assistant Broker/Account Executive looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working closely with a Senior Account Manager to support the management of a portfolio of SME to mid-market clients, handling renewal preparations, quote slips, and ensuring exceptional client service. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Salary Range: $80,000 plus Super to $100,000 plus Super, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assist Senior Account Manager in managing a portfolio of SME to Mid-market clients
• Prepare renewal proposals, quote slips, and other client documentation to a high standard
• Ensure exceptional client service, including prompt responses to client inquiries and regular updates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling
• Utilise Excel and Word to create high-quality documents and reports
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to work independently
• Provide administrative support to the team, as required
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
