About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processor (Broker Assistant) to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in credit or loan processing who is ready to take the next step in their finance career with a trusted and growing brand in mortgage broking.

You’ll work closely with our brokers to support loan submissions, manage compliance, and ensure smooth back-office operations—gaining hands-on exposure to the full loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end loan processing, including document preparation, client communication, and compliance tracking.

Liaise with lenders to monitor progress and follow up on outstanding conditions.

Apply your credit knowledge to assist brokers with deal structuring.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and lender platforms.

Prioritise tasks effectively and work with attention to detail.

Handle confidential client information professionally.

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in a loan processing, credit, or broker support role (preferred).

A strong interest in growing a career in the finance and mortgage industry.

High attention to detail and excellent time management.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and general database tools.

Bonus: Experience with ApplyOnline.

Ideal Candidate Background

✔ Experience in mortgage credit, banking operations, or finance support roles.
✔ Educational background in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
✔ Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
