Hai Money is a dynamic and rapidly expanding mortgage aggregator committed to empowering brokers across Australia with cutting-edge tools, strong lender relationships, and unrivalled service support. We are now looking for a dedicated and proactive BDM Assistant to join our Sydney team and support our Senior BDM and Head of Strategy in building and maintaining a high-performing broker network.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment. As a BDM Assistant, you will work closely with our Aggregator Senior BDM to manage broker relationships, drive engagement, and ensure the success of our broker partners.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior BDM in managing and maintaining relationships with existing brokers

Assist in onboarding new sub-brokers and ensuring a smooth transition into the Hai Money ecosystem

Monitor broker performance and provide regular updates to internal teams

Respond to enquiries from brokers and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Coordinate and arrange training sessions between brokers and lenders

Act as a Personal Assistant to the Head of Strategy, providing administrative and strategic support

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other key documentation

About You

2+ years experience in mortgage aggregation, lending, financial services, or a BDM support role preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’re confident building relationships and solving problems

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing team

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and communication tools

Passionate about the mortgage industry and broker success
