What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Election Venues, you will be responsible for:
Creating and managing project plans to support project delivery of election venue management projects for all electoral events, including the sourcing, acquisition, assessment and management of election venues
Ensuring standards compliance through the continuous review of procedures and supporting policy development relating to election venue acquisition and management
Providing subject matter expertise relating to venue selection criteria and operations to the wider business
Leading the day-to-day operations of the Election Venues team and driving collective success through the achievement of organisational and personal development goals.
What you will bring to the role
Demonstrated experience coordinating operational or logistical activities within a fast-paced and complex environment
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
High attention to detail and proven experience in project management, including the development of effective project documentation
Ability to perform under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and proactivity solve problems within tight timelines
A valid Australian driver's license
