About Alice Springs Brewing Co

We are the home of independent beer in the Red Centre! Since opening, we’ve been brewing top-notch beer, serving up delicious food, and creating a space where locals and visitors can come together. Our venue is all about great hospitality, and we’re looking for a Venue Manager who can help take us to the next level.

The Role: Venue Manager

As our Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our venue’s success. You’ll lead the team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help create an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver top-quality hospitality.
- Managing stock, suppliers, and inventory to keep the beer and food flowing.
- Driving marketing, promotions, and events to keep the venue buzzing.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keeping an eye on financial performance, rostering, and wage coststing maintain profitability.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

- Proven hospitality leadership experience (5+ years of venue management or similar role).
- A passion for craft beer, spirits, other drinks and delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate staff.
- The ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on the go.
- Experience with venue financials, rostering, and stock management.
- A hands-on approach and a genuine love for the industry.
