What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Coordinator, Election Venues, this role will be responsible for managing and contributing to programs within the Event Strategy and Delivery Branch. Activities include:

Supporting or leading projects for the sourcing and establishment of temporary election venues

Developing processes and preparing procedures and forms in relation to election venue acquisition and management

Maintaining election systems and databases

Coordinating casual staff across election projects and ensuring effective project delivery

Contributing to debrief and post-election closure activities.

What you will bring to the role

Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills

Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and oversee staff

High-level verbal and written communication skills

Commitment to the VEC's core values.
