What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Manager, Election Venues, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating venue sourcing, assessment, set up and continuity of venue operations
Driving internal cross-functional collaboration to ensure venue acquisition meets functionality, OHS, technology and security needs
Developing and maintaining procedures and supporting policy development in relation to venue acquisition and management
Providing subject matter expertise on election venue acquisition and management, and assisting with related issue management cases
Preparing and providing regular reports to multiple levels of leadership.
What you will bring to the role
Previous experience in event management, facilities, logistics, or project management is highly desirable
Attention to detail and experience managing project documentation, tracking progress, and delivering to timelines
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal communication and stakeholder relationship management
Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce high quality business documentation
