The Role:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead new build projects up to $10mil across education, childcare, and mixed-use commercial. You’ll take the reins across the full project lifecycle – including ECI, D&C, and cost-plus contracts – working closely with site teams and clients to ensure smooth, on time delivery to spec.

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience delivering education, childcare, or commercial new builds highly regarded
• Proven experience with ECI, D&C, and cost-plus contracts
• Comfortable using Microsoft Project and Procore
• A confident communicator who leads with integrity and keeps the project team moving in the right direction
