As a standalone role, you'll be trusted to lead end-to-end HR while working closely with senior leaders who value what great people practices can do.

The Role

• Partnering with senior leaders and ops teams to roll out strategic HR initiatives;
• Owning onboarding and offboarding with care and consistency;
• Coaching managers to lift capability and drive performance;
• Handling employee relations matters;
• Leading bi-annual performance review cycles and guiding managers through them;
• Running salary reviews and benchmarking with a sharp eye on market trends;
• Delivering quarterly engagement surveys and turning insights into action;
• Facilitating WHS training and keeping safety front of mind;
• Liaising with external recruiters as needed; and
• Building and executing strategies to keep engagement high and turnover low.

To Be Successful

• Solid experience in a similar HR generalist or standalone role;
• Building and executing strategies to keep engagement high and turnover low;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• A genuine passion for culture, engagement, and making work better; and
• Confidence working autonomously.
