As a standalone role, you'll be trusted to lead end-to-end HR while working closely with senior leaders who value what great people practices can do.
The Role
- Partnering with senior leaders and ops teams to roll out strategic HR initiatives;
- Owning onboarding and offboarding with care and consistency;
- Coaching managers to lift capability and drive performance;
- Handling employee relations matters;
- Leading bi-annual performance review cycles and guiding managers through them;
- Running salary reviews and benchmarking with a sharp eye on market trends;
- Delivering quarterly engagement surveys and turning insights into action;
- Facilitating WHS training and keeping safety front of mind;
- Liaising with external recruiters as needed; and
- Building and executing strategies to keep engagement high and turnover low.
To Be Successful
- Solid experience in a similar HR generalist or standalone role;
- Building and executing strategies to keep engagement high and turnover low;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- A genuine passion for culture, engagement, and making work better; and
- Confidence working autonomously.
