Join a high-performing People & Culture team at a pivotal time of transformation. We’re seeking a hands-on HR Project Consultant/Coordinator to support the People & Culture team in a 6-month contract to coordinate critical people initiatives and help streamline HR project execution, HR system integration, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the HR project plan using Monday.com, ensuring clear visibility of timelines, milestones, and ownership.
• Track project progress and create dashboards and reports for leadership teams and governance forums.
• Support the build of a People & Culture calendar aligned to business cycles, compliance, and key deliverables.
• Assist with process mapping across HR functions and operational workflows.
• Partner with the HR team in configuring and rolling out ELMO, helping to optimise and document system processes.
• Capture and document reporting requirements for various internal stakeholders (Executive, Board, P&C Committee, Audit Committee) and annual obligations (e.g. Annual Report, WGEA).

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating HR projects in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Monday.com or other project tools for planning and dashboard tracking.
• Prior experience working with or configuring HRIS platforms, ideally ELMO.
• Strong skills in process documentation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of HR reporting frameworks, compliance processes, and governance reporting.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving HR environment.
