This Australian-owned, family-led business is known for its down-to-earth culture, steady growth, and commitment to people. Operating at the intersection of tech, services, and innovation, they’ve expanded significantly over the last few years and now have over 100 employees across Australia and NZ.
Their People & Culture team is highly regarded within the business, and with a fantastic Head of P&C leading the function, this newly created role offers the a really exciting opportunity which has a good mix of Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist and HR Projects.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and people-focused HR professional to take ownership of recruitment while also contributing to broader HR initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact people practices that support a growing and values-led organisation.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding – Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, manage sourcing, and create a seamless onboarding experience that reflects the company’s values and culture.
  • Build strong talent pipelines – Use proactive sourcing strategies and talent pooling to attract high-quality candidates and ensure readiness for future growth.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and coaching – Be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering guidance on policies, performance, and employee relations matters.
  • Support key HR projects and initiatives – Contribute to the design and delivery of people-focused initiatives across culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a consistent, values-aligned approach – Live and promote their values, helping to embed meaningful practices that drive connection, capability, and a positive employee experience.

Skills & Experience
You’re a proactive, commercially minded HR professional who’s ready for more influence and ownership. You enjoy working across the full employee lifecycle and bring a thoughtful, mature approach to people matters. You love solving problems, streamlining processes, and building great relationships along the way.
You’ll also bring:

  • Strong generalist HR experience, including recruitment and coaching leaders
  • Ability to manage ER and performance matters confidently and pragmatically
  • A proactive mindset—you know when to ask questions and when to take the lead
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to flex your style across different levels of the business
  • Exposure to DISC or psychometric profiling (highly regarded)

Experience in a medium-sized business or blue-collar environment is a bonus—but not essential.
