About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic People & Culture team, where your generalist HR expertise will play a crucial role in supporting employees and leadership teams across multiple sites in Queensland.

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for delivering strategic and operational HR solutions that align with the broader goals of the organisation. From employee relations to workforce planning and HR project delivery, this role offers genuine scope to drive positive outcomes in a mission-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide trusted HR advice across employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes and complex investigations.
  • Support business units through periods of change including restructures, award interpretation, and enterprise agreement implementation.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors to support workforce planning, hiring strategies and onboarding practices.
  • Contribute to salary benchmarking, remuneration advice and benefits program development.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and systems improvements (including HRIS optimisation).
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and uphold the organisation’s safeguarding responsibilities.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role, ideally in a medium to large multi-site organisation.
  • Degree-qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Australian HR and Industrial Relations legislation.
  • Experience interpreting multiple modern awards and working with various employment instruments.
  • Strong communication, coaching and consultation skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Capable of managing competing priorities with a calm and solutions-focused approach.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current (or willingness to obtain) a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Successful completion of safeguarding training (on commencement).
  • Australian working rights.
