Working within a collaborative, best-practice HR team, you'll take full ownership of a national client group, working closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, and people development.

Main responsibilities include:

• Leading the full employee lifecycle for your business group
• Partnering with the HR Manager and senior stakeholders to roll out retention and engagement initiatives
• Supporting performance and capability development, including training delivery and coaching
• Providing advice on performance management and navigating complex ER issues
• Guiding remuneration and benefits processes, including annual reviews

What to bring to the role:

• Proven HRBP experience, ideally in a global organisation
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
• Experience delivering training or workshops is a bonus
• Comfortable using HRIS systems and data to guide strategic people decisions
