The Organisation
They are a reputable brand, established back in the 70's and are a key player in their sector. They have a great culture, high performing and down to earth team and a new Head of HR who is bringing in contemporary practices.
The Role
A fixed term contract to assist the Head of HR with creating and reviewing all policies, reviewing all position description templates and creating a new library of relevant role descriptions that include all key references. There could also be ad-hoc HR projects as directed.
You will have the support of the HR Lead as needed, ideally you bring strong experience with Policy and job groupings and comms to undertake this work.
Salary circa $120k as a guide.
About You
Experienced and credentialed in HR at BP or Senior Advisory level, you can talk through relevant experience in the Australian HR landscape with a solid understanding of contemporary business policies. Available to commence immediately and able to commit to a three month contract, you are comfortable with five days in the office and working in the SE with suitable transport. Tech savvy, great eye for detail and accuracy and with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are highly motivated and able to work autonomously.
