Core responsibilities:

• FBP - Partner with the GMs of 1-3 business units to support them with commercial decision-making, business cases, problem solving and driving performance against established KPIs
• Stakeholder management - Capability to navigate multiple business stakeholders with different priorities, complex multiple systems and help deliver results
• Budgeting, forecasting and tracking financials on a monthly basis

Must-have attributes:

• Strong finance business partnership skills - good story-telling, influencing skills with an analytical, strategic, results oriented mindset
• Finance foundations - high level of understanding and expertise in uplifting financial processes with solid technical accounting foundations (CA/CPA qualification)
• 5+ years of commercial finance experience working in large private/listed infrastructure, energy, services, utilities, health & education companies strongly preferred
