A leading FMCG Company are looking for a Finance Business Partner with a strategic mindset and a passion for the fast-moving consumer goods industry. This is the perfect opportunity to develop great commercial experience working as a Senior Finance Business Partner in the commercial team. This role will require strong business partnering skills as you will be working closely with all levels of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Key responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to guide business planning.
• Acts as a contact and sparring partner for the Sales Director, Head of Key Accounts, Marketing Manager and Regional Managers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and business cases.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The successful applicant will have experience with some or all of the below

• Experience in a commercial role ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industry. CPA/CA/CIMA or similarly qualified or working towards.
• In depth understanding of the Sales value chain, the expected outcome and the related financial impact.
• Strong business partnering skills - candidates must be able to demonstrate professional handling of challenging commercial situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
