About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant/Order Processing Clerk to join our team! This position is a casual (25-35 hours a week) office-based opportunity conveniently located in Macquarie Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare various payments by verifying transaction information, purchase orders etc
- Manage and process orders from various online portals
- Verify prices, documents and accuracy of data entry
- Update account status records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing emails and phone calls
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in a similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in Australia
