About the Company: Over 50 years proven experienced in the WA market, they are an award-winning business that has delivered some landmark buildings in Perth. They have proven experience across a range of private & public sectors including education, aged care, sporting & recreation, apartments, retail and industrial.

They are currently looking for an experienced Snr Estimator to join the team and support their Estimating Manager with a range of private and public sector tenders.
Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience working as an Estimator in commercial new build
• Proven experience tendering projects $30M+
• Must have experience working in the construction space, tendering on commercial building projects
• Excellent relationships with the local subcontractors and supply chain
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
