My client is a well-known Queensland developer builder with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects up to $70m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful 2024 and gearing up for a busy mid-end of 2025 and beyond, with work secured until 2028 and beyond. They are now hiring an experienced Site Foreman due to growth.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries. Project west of Brisbane up to $80m.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $80m+
