About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Foreman in the completion of a high-quality townhouse development currently under construction. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensure timely delivery, and uphold the highest standards of safety and workmanship. You will be apart of a highly successful and experience project team including Project Manager, Site Manager and Contract Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities

Supervise subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed to specification and on schedule

Monitor project timelines, quality, and compliance with safety regulations

Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow

Conduct daily site briefings and ensure adherence to site safety protocols

Report on progress, issues, and delays in a timely and proactive manner

Maintain site records, including variations, deliveries, and inspections

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman, preferably in townhouse or residential developments

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Sound knowledge of building codes, OH&S, and construction regulations

Trade background or relevant qualifications in construction (preferred)

White Card and valid driver's license
