We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory control to support business objectives. This position requires expertise in logistics, procurement, demand planning, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Analysis:

- Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.

- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.

2. Procurement and Sourcing:

- Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships.

- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

3. Inventory Management:

- Managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and optimizing inventory control processes.

- Implementing inventory management systems and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

4. Logistics and Distribution:

- Coordinating and managing logistics and distribution operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery.

- Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

5. Supply Chain Optimization:

- Identifying opportunities for supply chain optimization and implementing changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to implement supply chain improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Providing regular reports and analysis on supply chain performance, including metrics such as lead times, inventory levels, and shipping accuracy.

- Using data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Salary

$77,000 + Superannuation

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelors Degree in business. Post-graduation degree will be an advantage.

2. Minimum 3-year experience in supply change management

3. Corporate presentation and communication skills

4. Positive and determined attitude.
