About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about supply chain operations in a dynamic industry. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in connecting operations, planning, and distribution teams to achieve seamless supply chain outcomes. This end-to-end role provides exposure to new product development (NPD), domestic retail, e-commerce, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of purchase orders.
• Liaise with 3PL providers and customers to meet delivery needs and maintain DIFOT targets.
• Support the NPD team with material sourcing and supply chain parameter checks.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with event logistics and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to resolve order and inventory queries.
• Participate in stocktake activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage and update supply chain transactions within the ERP system.

About You:

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or NetSuite is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
