About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Coordinator/Manager to join our fresh produce team. In this role you will support the end-to-end supply chain by ensuring timely delivery of fruits and vegetables from growers and suppliers to our distribution centers and customers. This role is key in maintaining the smooth daily flow of perishable goods in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily deliveries from local and international suppliers to ensure timely receipt of stock.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple sites, flagging shortages or overstock situations.

Liaise with growers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments.

Input and update data in ERP systems including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory records.

Track order progress and proactively resolve delays, quality issues, or discrepancies.

Assist in planning seasonal supply volumes based on forecasts and historical data.

Support QA and compliance checks for product quality, cold chain, and food safety.

Generate daily and weekly supply reports to inform internal teams.

Communicate effectively across procurement, logistics, operations, and sales teams.

Key Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or coordination role (fresh produce or FMCG preferred).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Solid Excel and ERP system skills (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Understanding of perishable goods logistics and cold chain management is a plus.

Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Flexible and team-oriented mindset.

7:30am start each day

Desirable Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Exposure to export/import logistics or seasonal supply planning.

Familiarity with HACCP, food safety, or QA processes.
