Leading European owned company that supplies workshop equipment, installation, and service to the automotive industry are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in companies producing durable goods. This role involves managing suppliers from various factories, forecasting, coordinating import procedures, and ensuring efficient stock movements

Key responsibilities in the role include:

• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee the logistics of importing goods, understanding and executing import procedures
• Analyze stock movements
• Process orders accurately
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stock discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Logistics Specialist
• Proven experience managing suppliers from multiple factories
• Comprehensive understanding of import procedures and logistics operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full driving licence
