THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key Tier 1 client relationships, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth program rollout, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless client experience.
Analyse program data and client insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep understanding of client needs and proactive engagement.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this Melbourne-based remote role includes occasional travel to meet with key clients.
Be a trusted partner to clients, helping them get the most value from their program while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Proven experience managing client relationships in a B2B environment with exceptional communication and customer service expertise.
Strong project management skills with a focus on client retention, upsell opportunities, and continuous improvement.
Self-motivated and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, with a strong drive to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
