We’re searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join the team at Riversdale Golf Club — a welcoming, member-focused private golf club with a vibrant clubhouse, hospitality operation and golf shop.

In this varied role, you’ll support the club’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations and monthly reporting. It’s the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate, current accounting student or early-career finance professional looking to build their skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What We’re Offering:

$60,000 – $75,000 salary package (inclusive of super)

Flexible hours — 30.4 to 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and receivable processing

Weekly payroll via Employment Hero

Daily reconciliations (bank, cash, POS takings)

Superannuation and payroll tax reporting

Member and supplier account enquiries

Monthly reporting support

About You:

Recent accounting graduate, final-year student or early-career finance professional

Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills

Proficient with Microsoft Excel (experience with Xero a plus)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
