About the role

As a Metro Business Manager - Sales Agent at Fuji Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in the Brisbane metropolitan area. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD 4000, offering an exciting opportunity to apply your sales expertise and strategic thinking to contribute to the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities

Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product/service developments to identify new sales avenues

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs

Accurately forecasting sales, tracking progress, and providing detailed performance reports

Mentoring and supporting junior sales team members to enhance their skills and growth

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Office Equipment / Software industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation abilities to overcome objections and close deals

Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems to manage pipeline and optimise performance

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify new revenue opportunities
