Your Role:

• Forge and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
• Manage tenders and proposals (RFPs/EOIs) with precision.
• Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring seamless account operations.
• Collaborate with transport and weighbridge teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent RMC at industry events with pride and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in the recycling/scrap industry is a huge plus).
• A confident communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel around regional QLD as needed.
• A great sense of humor and a strong work ethic.
