Savaria Australia is seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at a time of strong growth in the lift and accessibility industry. With operations throughout Australia, we specialize in installing and servicing many different types of accessibility equipment including stairlifts, platform lifts and residential & commercial lifts.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Savaria Australia is seeking a friendly, proactive, and adaptable administration professional to join our dynamic team at Northgate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives with a variety of tasks, takes initiative, and is ready to support the team in any way needed.
This role is permanent part time (approx. 25 hours per week) with more hours available during peak periods and coverage of leave.
Duties will include the following:
Answering, directing and making telephone calls to support business activity
Provide hands-on administrative support to team members to ensure the operation runs smoothly
Assisting in booking service calls & installations and coordinating technician schedules
Handle general office tasks such as calendar scheduling, following up orders, payments, and managing email correspondence
Ensuring systems and processes are kept organised and up to date
Supporting and working with the sales, operations, customer service, finance & admin teams
Other administrative based duties as required.

Great attention to detail with a dedication to problem solving, and the ability to drive tasks to completion
Have a desire to learn and enjoy problem solving
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite with experience in QuickBooks and AroFlo an advantage
Great communication skills—both written and verbal
A high level of professionalism
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
