Ozcare has a part-time position available for an Administration Support Officer supporting our clients at our beautiful Hervey Bay Aged Care Facility.

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team. Your tasks will include:

General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)

Management of incoming and outgoing mail

Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services

Preparing detailed documents

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Role Requirements

Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19

Current Police Screening Certificate

Current Queensland drivers' licence

Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
