A hands-on, hybrid role for someone who’s just as comfortable in the office as they are in the warehouse.
OSA Brands is looking for an organised, proactive Admin & Warehouse Support person to join our small, friendly team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in getting the details right, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to help out wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a wholesale company with over 40 years of experience in the outdoor industry, proudly distributing leading brands across Australia – including to defence and government customers. What You’ll Be Doing

In the Office:

Maintaining internal and external databases

Creating and managing spreadsheets (strong Excel skills are essential)

Assisting with answering phones and general admin tasks

Helping with reporting, data entry, and general office tasks

In the Warehouse:

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Replenishing stock and maintaining bin locations

Receiving and checking in stock deliveries

Helping keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised

What We’re Looking For

Attention to detail – accurate work is key in both admin and warehouse tasks

Advanced Excel proficiency - is essential as it's a key part of this role.

Excellent time management – able to balance multiple priorities

Strong communication skills – confident talking with customers and teammates

Self-motivation – you’ll be trusted to manage your time and tasks independently

Team spirit – happy to lend a hand wherever needed

Physical fitness – comfortable lifting and moving stock as part of your day

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm. Hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.
