What You’ll Do:

Support the Senior Stock Controller & Sales Team

Coordinate vehicle preparation for new Vehicle sales.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

What You’ll Need:

Solid admin experience (automotive industry experience a big plus!)

Familiarity with VicRoads systems – highly regarded

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask like a pro

Confidence with Microsoft Office 365 and other digital systems

A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
