About the Company
This high-performing and well-regarded Australian property business is private equity backed and preparing for an exciting M&A in July, which will see the headcount double to just over 300 employees. With this growth, they’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support across all things BAU and help keep things running smoothly during a busy transition period.
About the Role
This 12-month contract will see you join the Sydney office, working as part of a small and supportive HR team of three.
It’s a hands-on generalist role, with a strong focus on systems, data, and process – perfect for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is confident with systems.
You’ll play a key role in the whole employee lifecycle, including advising employees/managers, owning the recruitment function, be the HRIS & LMS champion, as well as supporting across performance management, learning & development, remuneration and reporting.
Although an ongoing part of the role, with the upcoming M&A, there will be a heavier amount of the administrative tasks in the first few months, including preparing contracts, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and managing employee documentation.
About You
You’ll be immediately available, qualified in HR or a related field, and confident working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You’ll bring experience across the employee lifecycle, with a particular strength in HR systems and data accuracy.
You enjoy getting the detail right – whether it’s ensuring contracts are spot on, onboarding runs smoothly, or data is clean and reports are accurate.
You’re also happy to pitch in wherever needed and enjoy being part of a small team where everyone gets stuck in.
