Are you a friendly, organised, and motivated Medical Receptionist looking for a rewarding role in a growing healthcare practice? Anodyne is expanding, and we’re looking for an adaptable professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

About Anodyne:

Anodyne is a specialist pain medicine and psychiatry clinic. Taking a holistic approach to pain management, with a vision to expand areas of expertise across all medical and non-medical approaches that will ultimately benefit the patient and guide them on their journey to recovery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering outstanding customer service

Liaising with patients to book appointments and theatre procedures

Ensuring patient medical records are up-to-date and all relevant tests and correspondence is uploaded in a timely manner

Processing billing for private patients, DVA, health funds and 3rd parties (workers compensation, insurance)

Handling other reception and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a medical receptionist, ideally in a specialist practice

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (in person & over the phone)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team

A positive attitude and commitment to patient care
