Role Description

This is a full-time position as a Medical Receptionist located in Keysborough, VIC. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating billing and insurance information, and providing administrative support for the radiology department.

Qualifications

Experience in a medical or healthcare setting

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Knowledge of billing and insurance processes in healthcare

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and accuracy

Completion of a medical receptionist training program or equivalent work experience

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
