Role Description Access

Access Cardiology is currently seeking two full-time Medical Receptionists to join our specialist medical centers located in Murdoch and Joondalup, WA for immediate start. Hours (8am - 5pm)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Scheduling appointments

Taking payment

Answering phone calls with professionalism

General front desk and receptionist duties

Using medical terminology and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic

You’ll be working closely with our team of specialists and providing friendly, high-quality service to our patients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette

Experience in Receptionist Duties including check-in/out and managing medical records

Knowledge of medical terminology and prior experience in a medical office setting

Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience with electronic medical records systems is a plus

Medical Receptionist certification or relevant training preferred
