💰 Hourly Rate: $49-$50
About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Billing Officer to join our client's team in Keswick. In this role, you'll ensure accurate and timely billing of Alternate Control Services (ACS) and Basic Connection Services (BCS), helping to support revenue goals and customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare invoices in line with ACS and BCS charges.
Prioritise tasks to meet cashflow and billing targets.
Investigate and resolve billing issues.
Manage customer and stakeholder billing enquiries.
Support credit and billing adjustments as needed.
About You
Energy or utilities sector experience is essential.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive and eager to learn new systems.
