The Opportunity

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in major land development projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery—working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. While your initial focus will be on land development, there is genuine potential to broaden your remit and grow into other areas of the business as you develop and demonstrate readiness. This could include exposure to built form projects, reflecting the company’s evolving and diversified project pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of residential land development projects from concept to completion.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure commercial objectives are met
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing) and external stakeholders (consultants, councils, contractors) to drive project outcomes.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance processes.
• Contribute to market research, site assessments, and innovative, community-focused solutions.

Who You Are

• Tertiary qualified in property, planning, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline.
• Ideally 1–2 years’ post-graduate experience in land or property development, urban planning, or a related field.
• Strong communicator—articulate, respectful, and able to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Passionate about the property industry, open to change, and eager to learn and grow with a supportive team.
• Committed, reliable, and ready to step up when opportunity knocks.
