About the Role:
This role is pivotal in ensuring that Constructive Software’s clients—primarily residential builders—receive timely, helpful, and friendly support. The 1st Level Application Support helps bridge the gap between technical functionality and user experience, ensuring that clients can confidently use the platform to deliver outstanding service to their own customers.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in support desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the Residential Building Industry is an added bonus!
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related fields.
What you'll be doing:
Be the first point of contact for technical support requests via ticketing system.
Troubleshoot software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely follow-up on open issues.
Contribute to the creation of solution articles and other self-help materials.
Represent Builders' interests to internal stakeholders.
Assist in the management of material and product library
