We are growing quickly and need an exceptional new team member to join us on our journey. We are opening this advertisement up to both Level 1 & Level 2 Support Technicians and renumeration will be based on your knowledge & skill level. About the Role

The successful applicant will be providing remote & onsite IT Support for our Managed Service Customers across North Queensland using various MSP Tools as part of our Helpdesk Team. In addition, overtime & onsite work is available for those looking to get ahead and earn extra money.

This role will also be responsible for onsite deployments of new Hardware such as PC’s, Servers, Routers, Switches and Phone Systems as well as overseeing the creation and use of IT policies & procedures within our IT Helpdesk.

Our new team member will have the opportunity to learn & be a part of large-scale projects such as Microsoft 365 Migrations, Server Installations, Network & WAN Deployments, Cyber Security Reviews and Hosted Phone System Solutions. Experienced applicants will likely lead these Projects.

The role will require someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal as well as an appetite for growth and improvement.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Provide IT Support to Customers both remotely and on-site via RMM Tools.

Diagnose & troubleshoot complex technical problems escalated from Level 1.

Communicate effectively with Customers & Internal Team.

Configure & Deploy Windows 11 & Windows Server Environments using Hyper-V

Configure & Deploy Network Infrastructure (Cisco, Unifi, Draytek, Omada)

Backup Monitoring & Patch Management

Cyber Security Management & Auding

Desired Skills / Certifications:

Ideally, 2-3 Years Experience in the industry; however all experience levels will be considered.

Experience in any of the following; Azure, Active Directory, Datto, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki, Sophos, Sentinel One, SQL Server, Acronis, VMware is desirable.

Eager to Learn & Adapt to the ever-changing IT Landscape.

Demonstrated Work-ethic and commitment to teamwork.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to comply with and develop internal processes.

Any relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, Cert. 3 or 4 in IT etc. is desired.

Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline is desirable.

A Current Drivers License is essential as you will be travelling to client premises on a regular basis.
