Our client was created in 2008 to fill the need of small to medium businesses in providing IT solutions and support from people who really care.

As a managed service provider, they pride themselves on successfully implementing solutions that work right first time.

We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our client’s incredible team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will work full time from their office in Hawthorn East.

The Role

You’ll handle remote and onsite support tickets, contribute to exciting projects, and work alongside a supportive, close-knit team that celebrates wins together.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solving Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets for our diverse client base

Assisting on technical projects to build your hands-on experience

Logging and managing tickets using ConnectWise

Monitoring system health via N-able N-central, and taking proactive action

Managing client issues from start to finish — no passing the buck

Contributing to and maintaining internal documentation with Hudu

What you'll bring:

1–2 years of experience in IT service delivery (MSP experience a bonus)

Industry certification (Microsoft/TAFE or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and core networking concepts

Familiarity with technologies like:

Microsoft Hyper-V, Azure, Office 365

HPE, Dell, Lenovo servers and HP/Surface devices

SentinelOne, ConnectWise, N-central, and Hudu

A “client-first” mindset and strong time management skills
