Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and optimise production processes for roll forming and sheet metal fabrication

Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Collaborate with design, operations, and quality teams to ensure production targets are met

Develop work instructions, SOPs, and production layouts to streamline workflow

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles

Monitor and maintain safety and compliance standards across the production floor

Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production process

Skills & Experience:

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)

Experience in a sheet metal or fabrication manufacturing environment (roll forming is a plus)

Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing process planning

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma)

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficient in mathematics for accurate measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings.

Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A forklift license is preferred; if not currently held, must be willing to obtain forklift training and licensure.
