What You’ll Be Doing

Analyze and refine manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.

Develop workflows and layouts that maximize productivity and minimize cost.

Optimize equipment usage and troubleshoot production challenges.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.

Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement.

2+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

A can-do attitude with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
