Blake Oliver - Property & Construction are partnering with a highly respected, multi-award-winning residential builder that specialises in architecturally designed, full custom homes across Melbourne and Victoria’s most desirable regional locations.

Due to growth, they are now looking to welcome a Project Manager join their management team.

• One-off builds range from $2M to $6M+, using both fixed-price and cost-plus models
• All homes are custom and design-led
• Head office based in Melbourne’s Inner East
• Projects also delivered in Victoria’s premium regional pockets
• Reputation built on craftsmanship, sustainability, and high-touch client service
• You’ll be supported by Senior Project Managers and Directors

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 2+ Years minimum as a Junior Project Manager in a similar role and at least 3 Years minimum experience as a Contract Administrator prior (high-end custom or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, variations, and project financials
• Ability to build solid relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• A proactive approach, keen to take ownership and drive projects forward
• A genuine passion for quality building practices and delivering standout projects
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Building, or similar are highly regarded
• Local Drivers License
• Unrestricted Full Australian Working Rights
