You'll play a key role in delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects. Your ability to engage clients, manage stakeholders, and deliver technical projects on time and within budget will be central to your success.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects for clients, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security rollouts.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal technical teams, vendors, and external clients.
• Conduct project meetings, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
• Track project KPIs and ensure compliance with MSP best practices and service delivery standards.

🧠 About You
Proven experience delivering IT projects in a Managed Services or fast-paced consulting environment.

Strong technical background and understanding of cloud, networks, systems, or cybersecurity.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM.

Exposure to tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, or ServiceNow is highly regarded.
