Qualifications & Experience

Experience in the fencing, noise barrier, or retaining wall industry.

Exceptional skills in reading and interpreting site plans and technical drawings.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

High attention to detail.

Familiarity with current fencing and civil construction standards and drawings.

Experience preparing tenders and quotes for a range of projects.

Proficiency with estimating software and job control systems (Simpro is a plus).

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and take charge of:

Lead and manage installation teams, with a focus on safety and quality

Cultivating and developing strong client relationships through exceptional service and results driven outcomes.

End to end management of high value projects including, budgets and contractual obligations.

Overseeing all aspects of preconstruction and ensuring smooth handovers to the construction team.

Conducting site inspections as needed (local travel required).
