A reputable Perth Project Management Consultancy is recruiting a Project Manager / Property Development Manager for one of their key client’s portfolios. Initially working on a great property development of 8 large format retail buildings from land sub-division to completed built form totaling $170m when complete.

Managing a blue-chip client’s development portfolio of land, we are looking for someone from a Development Management, Sub-division, Town Planning, Land Surveying or Civil Engineering background. As a client-side role, we are looking for an articulate, professional Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or Project Manager with exceptional client facing skills and a passion for property and land development.

Minimum criteria for the Client-side Project Manager / Property Development Manager:

• 5+ years construction / property sector experience
• 3+ years sub division / property development (or similar) experience
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Civil Engineering or Property Development
• Excellent client facing skills. Client side experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and administrative / reporting skills
• The right to work in Australia
• Perth based or enroute
• Salary guide: $135 – 155k pkg (commensurate with experience)
