What You’ll Be Doing

• Agile principles for adaptability and iterative delivery
• Waterfall methods for structured installation and handover

• Collaborating with internal and client-side stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Developing detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocations, and milestones
• Managing scope changes and ensuring project delivery aligns with client goals
• Applying a hybrid Agile-Waterfall approach:
  
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers and installers
• Managing communications, reporting, and client expectations (often with C-Suite or IT leadership)
• Overseeing QA processes, UAT, site inspections, and handovers to ensure client satisfaction
• Driving continuous improvement and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

A Bit About You

• Formal qualifications or equivalent experience in electronic security
• Proven experience managing technical projects in security, IT, infrastructure, or related industries
• Strong command of Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies — with the ability to apply a hybrid approach effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with security platforms such as Genetec, Gallagher, Lenel, or Milestone is highly desirable
• IT certification (Certificate IV or Diploma) or hands-on experience in networking, systems, or infrastructure
